Vector Apps Inc. does not sell personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or any other US state privacy law. We also do not share personal information for cross-contextual behavioral advertising.
No opt-out action is required because there is nothing to opt out of. This page exists to satisfy CCPA Section 1798.135, which requires a clear link titled “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” even when no sale or sharing occurs.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information to any third party
- We do not share personal information for cross-contextual behavioral advertising
- We do not use personal information for targeted advertising
- We do not use automated decision-making or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects
- We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels on any CueAPI site
Global Privacy Control
Because Vector Apps Inc. does not sell or share personal information for cross-contextual behavioral advertising, the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal has no functional effect on our processing — we already operate as if every user has set GPC to “on.” We do not currently detect the GPC signal at the server level, but our default behavior achieves the same outcome.
