Sub-Processors

CueAPI uses the following third-party sub-processors to deliver our service. Each sub-processor is listed with the data they receive, their purpose, and a link to their privacy policy.

Railway

United States
Purpose: Infrastructure hosting (application servers, PostgreSQL database, Redis)
Data received: All application data

Stripe

United States
Purpose: Payment processing and subscription management
Data received: Email address, plan details, payment events

Resend

United States
Purpose: Transactional email delivery (registration, alerts, support notifications)
Data received: Email addresses, email content

Cloudflare

Global (edge network)
Purpose: CDN, DNS, and static site hosting (docs, blog, marketing site)
Data received: Static assets, DNS queries, CDN cache

Anthropic

United States
Purpose: AI-powered content quality evaluation (internal content pipeline only)
Data received: Blog article content for quality scoring (no user PII)

Google

United States
Purpose: Search indexing (Search Console). All fonts are self-hosted — no Google Fonts CDN requests.
Data received: Blog post URLs for indexing only. No visitor data sent for fonts (self-hosted since 2026-04-11).

Bing / Microsoft

United States
Purpose: Search indexing (Bing Webmaster Tools)
Data received: Blog post URLs for indexing

Not a Sub-Processor

GitHub

GitHub hosts CueAPI's source code. No user personal data is processed by GitHub on our behalf. GitHub's Data Processing Agreement covers Enterprise, Teams, and Copilot tiers only and does not apply to our account. GitHub is not a sub-processor under GDPR Article 28.

Changes to Sub-Processors

We will notify all registered users via email at least 30 days before adding any new sub-processor. If you object to a new sub-processor, you may contact us at [email protected] to discuss alternatives or exercise your right to terminate the service.
